Job description

We're looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to spearhead the alignment and transformation of supply chain processes across our Meals category. This is a strategic leadership role focused on harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and people processes to create a more agile, resilient, and cost‑effective supply chain. You’ll lead transformation initiatives that embed best practices, common frameworks, and systems across multiple sites. From developing S&OP processes to driving cross‑site projects and building capability, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and long‑term value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation projects to standardise and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
  • Design and implement operating models, governance, and performance frameworks.
  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives that improve efficiency and integration.
  • Develop and own the S&OP process for the category.
  • Build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Represent supply chain in strategic forums and influence decisions at category and group level.

Qualifications
