The Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our dynamic operations team. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, is proactive, and enjoys a fast-past environment. You’ll be working within the operations department, supporting smooth day-to-day processes that ensure data is precise and production stays on track!

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with purchase order creation, tracking and receipting in NetSuite (training provided).
  • Assist with shipping documentation, including packing slips, invoices, and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve queries (Weekly Calls to track production and build relationships)
  • Maintain accurate records and update supply chain trackers – DATA is key!
  • Inventory Control – Maintain accurate stock management by monitoring and reconciling inventory across internal systems and physical counts, ensuring alignment and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide general admin support to the Supply Chain Planner, from scheduling calls to filing documentation supporting on day to day admin and information requests.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by helping monitor freight options and supplier compliance with our People + Planet commitments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive — you’ll enjoy problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Task Oriented – Ensuring you support Supply from placing a PO to stock in warehouse, maintaining availability.
  • Strong communication skills — able to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Word/Outlook). NetSuite or ERP experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Interest in supply chain and ambition to learn and grow in this field.
