- Support the implementation and monitoring of future data flows and reporting structures.
Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks in operational workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements based on analytical findings.
Documentation & Process Management
- Document all validated and approved reporting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Maintain clear records of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources used in analysis.
Collaboration & Communication
- Lead and participate in regular meetings to present findings, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement across all reported operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor analytical outputs accordingly.
- Support the North Europe Order Fulfilment Manager on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
