Home to over 575 dedicated employees, it produces iconic favourites including Chocolate Digestives, Chocolate Hobnobs, Rich Tea, and Mini Cheddars. As one of our largest and most dynamic facilities, Harlesden contributes 35% of pladis UK’s total volume, with products proudly exported to more than 65 countries worldwide.

Are you detail-focused, analytical, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our welcoming and collaborative team at Harlesden.
In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in optimising supply chain processes, ensuring accurate production and stock data, and keeping materials flowing smoothly for manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate across planning, operations, suppliers, and factory teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your supply chain expertise in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. If you’re confident with systems like Excel and SAP (or keen to learn), have a proactive mindset, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you!
