This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving supply challenges, and playing a key role in ensuring the right products get to the right place at the right time. If you're looking to join a collaborative, values-driven environment where your insights truly make a difference – this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse forecasts and factory capacity to create short- and mid-term production plans
  • Coordinate with procurement and production to ensure material availability
  • Monitor raw material and packaging levels to prevent production delays
  • Contribute to the monthly S&OP process, delivering planning insights and reporting
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
  • Track and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and schedule adherence
  • Support supply chain improvement initiatives and help optimise end-to-end performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally at least 2+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or a similar analytical role
  • Proven Excel skills and confidence working with data (experience with SAP or planning systems a plus)
  • Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across production, procurement, and commercial functions
  • Experience in FMCG, particularly food or beverage, would be beneficial
