A leading biopharma company is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager in Stevenage to ensure effective governance and performance management of service providers. You will establish strong relationships, manage contract risks, and ensure that contractual obligations are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, facilities management expertise, and a proven ability to manage escalations and develop supplier objectives. The Supplier Relationship Manager will ensure there are clear management controls for governance, performance management, business communication and contracting administrative procedures to ensure that all parties involved in the delivery and receipt of services understand their accountabilities and responsibilities. They will be responsible for monitoring benefit delivery and managing contract risk such as contract escalations, issue management and resolution. The Supplier Relationship Manager sits within RDES' Strategy & Governance team which is charged with managing the supplier relationship and operational management of key strategic FM suppliers globally.
