Supervisor – Facilities Management ¦ Hard Services ¦ M&E Maintenance

Location : Bromley, Kent

WPSis excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an internal team member to step into the role of FM Supervisor , leading a skilled team of engineers to deliver exceptional and sustainable hard services and M&E maintenance for our prestigious client.

About the Role

As an FM Supervisor , you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality facilities management services , ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. You’ll manage multiple priorities with confidence, resolve day-to-day maintenance issues, and provide hands‑on support when required.

Holding certifications such as IOSH , NEBOSH , or equivalent health and safety qualifications will give you a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
  • Preparing accurate quotations for additional works.
  • Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Maintaining compliance and high standards across all operations.

Your organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to build strong client relationships will be critical to your success.
