The role

As a Supervisor Administrative Support, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide essential administrative support to first-line management, ensuring the smooth running of our operational organisation. This is a role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real difference to the efficiency of our site and the experience of our people. Day-to-day you’ll be required to:
  • Liaise with HR Administration to deliver a joined‑up service
  • Deliver site inductions for new starters
  • Create and issue briefs to Supervisors and Workshop Managers
  • Support departmental administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

The role is based onsite at Ashchurch, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.

Essential experience of the Supervisor Administrative Support:
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Qualifications for the Supervisor Administrative Support:
  • Educated to Level 2 in the National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (Intermediate apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSE Grade A*–C, or equivalent workplace experience)
