A property maintenance service provider in the UK is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance activities. This hands-on leadership role involves managing trades, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
