As our next Supervisor you’ll have a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences, making every customer feel like a welcomed guest in your own home. You’ll lead by example delivering exceptional service while building strong connections with both our guests and our team.

You’ll take pride in developing and training the team ensuring everyone has the skills and confidence to delight our customers. As a responsible key holder you’ll confidently lead shifts ensuring the pub runs smoothly and safely.

Some light cooking will also be part of your role so a willingness to get hands‑on in the kitchen when needed is essential. Above all you’ll be someone who’s committed to a long‑term career in hospitality and in return we’ll support your development and help you grow and succeed with us.
