A wonderful family in a sweet village in Worcestershire are looking for the perfect Norland Nanny to join their family. The nanny will be responsible for the overall care of their one‑year‑old daughter. Leading routines, activities and child‑centred duties to support the smooth running of the home, the nanny will work alongside the parents on a daily basis; a communicative, confident, honest and sociable nanny is crucial. The role includes implementing child‑appropriate activities such as messy and sensory play, and the small girl enjoys walks, swing play and swimming lessons. Because the position is shared care, the nanny will have ample opportunity to complete child‑centred tasks and projects such as organising the child’s wardrobes, food shopping, meal preparation and weekly planning. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, takes initiative and can balance childcare with household duties confidently. Strong organisational and administrative skills are required, with the ability to act as an executive assistant to the family when required, including family appointments, calendar management, liaising with other household staff and contractors, maintaining inventories and ordering supplies.
