Spectrum are looking for a Nurse Team Leader based at the Centre for Change Drug and Alcohol Centre. The post holder will deliver leadership and management responsibilities for the clinical team. The post holder will provide clinical supervision and lead MDT to all parts of the service, provide prescribing sessions as needed by service, promote KIP compliance and drive service development to enhance every contact counts approach, encouraging clinical staff to maintain nursing skills as well as prescribing skills.
