Our client a leading Civil Engineering contractor have an opening for Sub Agents to join their expanding operations in Scotland,

Responsibilities

As a Sub Agent, you'll lead a team and manage a defined package of works on a high-profile projects within the Energy sectors.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll support site supervisors by clearly communicating project requirements and ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You'll take ownership of your section of works - planning, coordinating, and controlling daily operations to ensure progress, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

You'll manage resources effectively, interpret drawings accurately, and resolve challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Collaboration is central to the role. You'll work closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Essential
  • Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.

  • CSCS.
  • First Aid.
