Stylist (16 hours per week) - Battersea Power Station London, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
- The role is on the shop floor the majority of the day, styling and influencing customers across busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping.
- Support the store management team in reaching targets, selling the collections to customers and ensuring stores look fabulous at all times.
- Receive great training tools and product knowledge and develop in a brand where opportunities to progress are available.
- Style customers in latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience.
- Maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensure product is available and floor sets and standards are upheld.
- Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders as part of day-to-day duties, using digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
- Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
- Put the customer at the heart of everything, working as one AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
- Greet customers on arrival and tailor your approach to their visit.
- Housekeeping and maintaining staff areas to a high standard, showing pride in surroundings.
- Work as one team, support peers, and seek feedback for growth and development.
Qualifications / What Skills Do I Need?
- Friendly and attentive; able to interact with customers from all over the world to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style and values to support and influence peers and customers.
- Can-do attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with customers and colleagues on busy shop floors.
- Good problem-solving techniques with pace, empathy and composure under pressure.
- Tech savvy; comfortable processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools.
- Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches; enthusiastic advocate of AllSaints.
- Excellent attention to detail and confident communication.
- You love fashion and are an ambassador for AllSaints.
