Job summary

A fashion retail brand is seeking experienced Style Advisors/Sales Associates for their Edinburgh Pop-Up store. Responsibilities include providing styling advice, assisting with store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in fashion retail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships. This is a part-time, fixed-term position until May 2026.

Qualifications

  • Preferably experience from a luxury retail brand.
  • Interest in fashion preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Style Advisor / Sales Associate - Edinburgh Pop-Up (part-time)

Reporting

Reports to: Store Manager

Position Description

We are looking to recruit experienced Sales Associates to join our Edinburgh Pop-Up store. You will be experienced in providing excellent customer service, driving sales and building relationships with our customers. You will assist the Store Manager in serving customers and with general store operations. You will also be involved with advising customers on ways to style our clothing.

The positions are based in our Edinburgh Pop-Up store, opening in December.

Fixed term contract until End May 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering styling advice
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador
  • Store operations, deliveries and stock transfers
  • Opening /closing the store (key holder)
  • Till operations, cash handling and placing online orders
  • Providing excellent customer service
Knowledge / Skills
  • Fashion retail experience, ideally from a luxury retail brand
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to build relationships with our customers
