Your Core Responsibilities: The Pillars of Your Success
  • Client & Vendor Partnership: You'll be the master communicator, seamlessly managing key meetings, proactively resolving performance challenges, and ensuring all stakeholders are perfectly aligned and engaged.
  • Project Orchestration: Lead the daily charge on your projects. This means flawless file and asset management, keeping project trackers razor-sharp, and ensuring all creative output—copy, design, websites—is compliant with rigorous regulatory standards.
  • Financial Strategy: Become a key player in our financial health. You’ll take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing, expertly managing vendor costs, tracking client billings, and constantly identifying new ways to boost efficiency and drive value.
Requirements
What We're Looking For: Your HERO Toolkit
  • A degree (or higher) in a biological science (preferred).
  • Dynamic management experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, and/or health communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you can write a clear strategy and lead a room with confidence.
  • The proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects and confidently manage a variety of stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a nice-to-have, but your attitude and experience are essential!
