A leading employment agency is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to manage reception duties and office supplies in Waterloo. Qualifications

  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees.

Overview

Studio Manager

Salary: £35-45k depending on experience

Location: Waterloo

Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

This role will be full time office based

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, manage meeting room bookings, and welcome guests and visitors
  • Keep the reception area and office tidy and presentable
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Order and maintain office and stationery supplies as well as manage relationships with suppliers
  • Manage recycling practices
  • Oversee maintenance contracts
  • Maintain fire and security checks, carry out alarm tests, drills and assist with health and safety
  • Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees
  • Help organise events
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR Business Partner
  • Other duties as and when required
What We're Looking For
