A leading pharmaceutical company in Cramlington is offering a student placement in Technical Operations. You will support the packaging of solid dose oral products over a 12-month period, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. Ideal candidates are STEM students in their third or penultimate year. Responsibilities include improving processes and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

During your twelve-month placement, you will join our Technical Operations team, supporting the packaging of solid dose oral products. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment, helping to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical processes.
Technical Operations works closely with departments both on-site and off-site to support tablet formulation, manufacturing and packaging. The team provides expert guidance to maintain and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Organon is recruiting for a STEM student to join us by the beginning of August 2026 for 12 months for a student placement to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland.
