Structural Revit Technician

Structural Revit Technician Position Overview

• Produce coordinated 3D Revit models for structural engineering projects
• Prepare detailed General Arrangement drawings across steel, concrete, timber, masonry and façade elements
• Create and manage Revit families to required standards
• Carry out scheduling, tagging, referencing and annotation for manufacturing/shop drawings
• Liaise closely with structural engineers to ensure technical accuracy and buildability
• Attend design team meetings and contribute to project coordination
• Work across residential, commercial and industrial sector schemes

Structural Revit Technician Position Requirements

• HNC/HND (or higher) in Civil, Structural, or Built Environment discipline
• 2-3+ years' experience in a consultancy-based technical role
• Strong proficiency in Revit, with proven draughting, modelling and coordination capability
• Experience working with structural materials, façades, curtain walling, windows and doors
• Experience with Dynamo, pyRevit or other visual programming tools advantageous
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within design teams
