A leading energy company in London is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing and P2P Lead to support their procurement function. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in strategic sourcing processes, a degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba. As we drive the transition to a more sustainable future, we’re seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing and P2P Buyer to support our growth and contribute to our mission of accelerating the transition towards a carbon‑neutral world.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for procuring materials, spares, services, and non‑CAPEX categories (e.g., IT consulting, MRO, training, PPE) in a timely, cost‑effective manner aligned with best practices and delivering strong value.
You’ll also support procurement excellence through activities like maintaining approver tables, managing team mailboxes, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring compliance with CSR and HSE standards.
The role offers exposure to global sourcing and HUB teams, working in a matrixed, collaborative environment with best‑in‑class processes and technology.
