Qualifications

  • 5 - 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in the new home builder / social housing market.
  • Demonstrated success managing sales and estimating teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting house builders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of field sales representatives.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
