Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Proven experience authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies.
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Track record within Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business cases.
• Provide expert advice on the latest real estate industry trends.
