Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies.
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Track record within Defence, Local Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial industries.
• Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs.
