We're representing a leading organisation seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the long–term vision for their estate. This is a unique opportunity to influence healthcare infrastructure at a strategic level – aligning capital projects, estate planning, and clinical services to deliver smarter, future–ready environments.
The role will see you at the heart of strategic decision–making, identifying capacity constraints, risks, and opportunities across a diverse portfolio. You'll ensure that evolving space requirements are not only understood but seamlessly integrated into a comprehensive accommodation masterplan.

You'll work across Capital Projects, Estates, and Clinical Planning, bringing together operational and infrastructure needs across clinical, non–clinical, and community services. Your work will directly impact the way services are delivered for years to come.
