Job Purpose and Impact

We are hiring a Strategic Key Account Manager to lead partnerships with top QSR customers. If you are commercially driven, passionate about food, and ready to shape the future of quick service dining, this is your next move. You will be the commercial lead for some of our most important QSR customers, driving long-term value through strategic partnerships, co-developed solutions, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the commercial relationship with key QSR accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and Cargill objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through innovation, sustainability, and supply chain collaboration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements with a win-win mindset.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within the QSR, foodservice, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
