A growing and strategically important operation on the Isle of Wight is seeking an experienced HSE & Facilities Manager. This key leadership role will drive Health, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities excellence in a hands-on manner. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience managing HSE programmes and ISO standards, alongside facilities management. This position offers significant influence and the opportunity to shape a vital operational framework within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading HSE programmes in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Proven experience in facilities management alongside HSE responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the site.
• Maintain HSE management systems according to ISO standards.
• Act as the site lead for ISO certification and audits.
• Develop a facilities strategy supporting business growth.
• Serve as the contact for all facilities needs and improvements.
