Job summary

A leading global law firm in London is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to develop and lead the people strategy for the practice group. You will provide full HR generalist support and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring all business decisions reflect the people agenda. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and significant experience in a strategic HR role, promoting effective employee engagement and managing performance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role working at a strategic and senior level.
  • Experience working in change intensive environments.
  • Ideally experience of working within a professional services organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the people strategy for the aligned practice group.
  • Provide full HR generalist support, both strategic and operational.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure the people agenda is reflected in business decisions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of employee relations
Project management skills
Good IT skills including HR databases

CIPD qualification or equivalent
