  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

  • Manage complex ER cases and ensure legal compliance.
  • Support performance and salary reviews for client groups.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for organizational change initiatives.
