Responsibilities

• Manage special projects as assigned by the COO.
• Record & organize meeting notes and action items.
• Participate in conference calls and onsite meetings.
• Work alongside the COO’s teams for scalable resources.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Provide meaningful insights to global departments.
• Document detailed requirements for internal/client use.
• Set and execute client relationship strategies.
• Understand clients' key aims and objectives.

Ability to tackle projects with little direct input
