Role

Offers hybrid/remote working

Key duties will include:

  1. Lead on the borough's strategy and delivery of destination tracking of all Year 12 and 13 students to ensure NEET individuals are actively identified and supported, including managing a small team of Tracking Officers.
  2. Lead on tracking all individuals aged 19-25 with an EHC Plan to inform strategy and delivery.
  3. Commission and manage the Local Authority's Client Caseload Information System, ensuring data accuracy, staff training, and proper access management, and share NEET data regularly with support services.
  4. Lead all statutory returns to the DfE related to raising the participation age, including NEETs and Unknowns data, September Guarantee, and Year 11 Activity Survey.
  5. Coordinate and report annual data on Higher Education participation from schools and colleges to senior stakeholders.
  6. Manage and utilize Intended Destination data for Year 11 students to prevent and reduce NEETs at post-16 education.
  7. Handle Risk of NEET Indicator data to identify at-risk individuals early, working with schools, colleges, and the Education Inclusion Team.
  8. Develop data sharing agreements with DfE, schools, colleges, and other partners to ensure appropriate data sharing.
  9. Act as GDPR lead for Education Commissioning, providing advice on data sharing and information governance.
  10. Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
