A leading airport authority in Farnborough seeks an experienced Assurance and Risk Manager to oversee compliance with legislative requirements and manage the Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Risk Committee. The candidate will lead assurance activities and drive risk management across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a professional qualification in risk management. Qualifications

  • Experience of administration and board secretarial duties.
  • Proven track record of successful execution of assurance activities.
  • ISO standards knowledge (45001:2018 and 14001:2018).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate HSSER Committee governance and documentation.
  • Manage direct reports within the Assurance & Risk team.

Skills

Experience in audit/assurance or risk management field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability
