Overview

Store Manager - Luxury Boutique, Reading. Salary £35,000 + Bonus. Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Opening hours 8:00–17:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met
• Deliver outstanding customer service, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming store environment
• Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Oversee stock management, including deliveries, inventory, and replenishment
• Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are maintained to the highest standard

Profile & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a management role within luxury retail
• A proven ability to drive sales and support commercial goals
