A leading retail company is seeking a Store Manager to drive exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead and develop your team, manage daily operations, and ensure that the store meets its key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Salary: £50,600 - £68,200 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
