Responsibilities

• Manage store profitability and operations, ensuring that your team are effectively working to KPI targets and providing the highest level of customer service to encourage brand loyalty.
• Ensure that the team follow health and safety procedures to mitigate business risks.
• Deliver training and coaching sessions to employees to support development.
• Maintain visual standards in the store; experience with visual merchandising in a fashion brand is desirable.
