Overview

The vacancy is for a Store Manager in Freeport Village, Braintree, working 38.5 hours over 5 days per week on a weekday/weekend rota.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent, tailored service to customers and help them look and feel great
  • Showcase our feel great footwear
  • Drive store performance, sales and KPIs by making sound commercial decisions
  • Create a fun, welcoming and safe store environment
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Plan and prioritise effectively
  • Data analysis and strategy
  • People management: lead the team and support their development
  • Manage store operations
  • Lead and support the team and their development
  • Support store operations and maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
  • Work on a rota that includes weekends
