  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Uphold Dyson's uncompromising standards for customer service, visual merchandising, and store environment.
  • Drive Performance: Own your store's results—profit, conversion, NPS, and more—while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Innovate & Improve: Propose and implement new ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance with Dyson's policies, protect assets, and guarantee store readiness during peak.
