Overview

We are looking for an experienced Stoma Nurse Specialist to join the Stoma Service at City Campus, NUH. The service includes nephrostomy care to the whole of Nottinghamshire and the surrounding regions.

If you possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, can work within a multi-disciplinary team, and have a specialist interest in developing the service we provide, we would be happy to have you as part of our team.

The post holder will be an experienced practitioner, acting within their professional boundaries and using knowledge and skills to provide expert, efficient and safe patient care. You will demonstrate clinical judgement and critical decision-making based on evidence-based practice, and you will learn and develop from working collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team to meet the urgent care needs of patients.

You will be based at City Campus, with a requirement to undertake home visits and to facilitate the local Stoma support group.
