Job Description

We are seeking a Stock Controller to organize and maintain store inventory.

Operations
  • Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
  • Receive, send, check, process, and validate deliveries from the warehouse and other POS.
  • Manage stock alarm, pricing, and storage according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and standards.
  • Prevent stock loss and conduct weekly stock counts.
  • Markdown stock during sales periods.
  • Plan, prepare, and send biannual end-of-season returns to the warehouse.
  • Assist with biannual official stock takes.
  • Prepare stock and support the shop floor team during floor moves or changes (for department stores).
Customer Service
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Answer customer and sales assistant questions about stock availability.
  • Retrieve items from the stockroom upon customer request.
  • Process special orders for customers when necessary.
Teamwork
  • Be an effective part of the store team.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs.
  • Build professional relationships that support team goals.
