Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Stock Co-ordinator to join a busy operational team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling, processing, and despatching of goods, while maintaining accurate stock records and supporting the wider logistics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation for the Finance team and safe storage of goods.
- Record all customer returns and work with the operations team to identify any damaged or faulty items requiring recharge.
- Dismantle returned stock and place items into quarantine with appropriate labelling and documentation.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely despatch of outgoing goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within stores and build areas.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and quarterly full stock audits, documenting all stock movements for Finance.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to monitor and update van stock levels weekly.
- Communicate with pod refurbishment suppliers to ensure stock availability at each location to support ongoing work.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a stock-related role.
- Experience working with electronics or hardware in a warehouse, factory, or logistics setting.
- Familiarity with goods receipting and despatch procedures.
- Proficient in stock management and inventory systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
- Understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse or factory environment.
