You'll track progress, share feedback with teachers, and help pupils apply theory to problem-solving and practical tasks.
You hold a STEM-related degree, communicate clearly, and explain complex ideas in simple steps. You're organised, reliable, and keen to develop classroom skills ahead of teacher training. You build rapport quickly and keep sessions purposeful and calm.
