Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Static Building Services Engineer to join our team for a residential role based in Manchester looking after several buildings contracts in the same post code. This is a Monday to Friday position, offering a great work life balance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and checks on all building systems, including but not limited to heating, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, and fire alarms.
• Keep weekly and monthly PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) records up to date.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs as needed.

The Candidate / Qualifications

• Experience in building services or FM (facilities management). From a Multi–Skilled Engineer or Plumbing background.
• Good problem solving skills and the ability to handle maintenance issues quickly.
• Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills.
