Overview

Just Add Talent is a management agreement that provides the perfect combination of our retail offer, all of the industry leading support we provide along with your talent to execute it.

Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer.

The Area

The South Lodge Hotel is a welcoming community pub located in the small cathedral city of Ripon. The pub is situated in a desirable, residential area approximately half a mile south of the centre of Ripon. There is a broad mix of residents in the area to appeal to, as well as strong passing trade.

The area is described with demographics below and underpins how the pub should position itself in the community.

Demographics:

The pub benefits from being one of two pubs found in an area of around 3962 adults. The majority customer base is made up of midlife families with young children and mature adults.
