You will own the Travel Invoices and Billing platform and be responsible for building out the products that enable our billing workflows across the globe. You will partner with domain experts within tax, accounting and travel, to ensure our travel invoice offering is accurate, compliant & robust and can scale across a complex array of global regulations. Within your product team you’ll partner with design, data, user research, product marketing and engineering to identify trends in the market, understand the most pressing user needs, and build products that carry the business forward.

What You’ll Do:
  • Become the Reed & Mackay Billing Expert: You will be the internal subject matter expert on all things related to billing, payments, and invoicing. You’ll define the product vision and roadmap to enable seamless financial operations and global expansion.
  • Own the Financial Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of your product portfolio, from ideation to launch and beyond. You’ll be responsible for the delivery and performance of billing features, including forms of payment, VAT compliance, invoicing, and e‑invoicing, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and our customers.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and operational teams to deliver features that solve complex financial challenges. You will translate complex regulatory and business requirements into a clear product vision that is both effective and scalable.
  • Innovate for Global Operations: You will spearhead the product strategy for our billing and commerce initiatives, ensuring our tools support Reed & Mackay’s global growth and provide a best‑in‑class experience for our clients.

  • Financial & Regulatory Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of billing, payment systems, and financial regulations, including experience with VAT compliance, invoicing standards (e.g., einvoicing), and forms of payment.
  • Analytical Skills: You are highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulatory documents and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Execution and Leadership: You have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs, able to get work done in highly regulated and complex environments.
  • Problem‑Solver: You are passionate about investigating and solving complex, multi‑faced problems and are eager to learn and utilize new tools and technologies.
