An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Nurse within the DTC Nursing division at St. Peters Hospital Outpatient Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and committed registered nurse with NMC registration and with specialist professional knowledge to join our highly motivated team. We offer a supportive, friendly, and caring environment and an abundance of development opportunities to showcase your skills. The post holder will be primarily based at St. Peters Outpatients Department, however, may need to work across both Trusts and any other Trust site as required.

Work effectively and efficiently within the framework of Team nursing and individualised Patient Care. In collaboration with department integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate Patient care. To contribute towards developing and maintaining a suitable and stimulating learning environment. Internally the post holder will develop effective working relationships with all members of multidisciplinary team and colleagues in other NHS Trusts and organisations.
