Staff Nurse – Outpatients

Dream Medical is looking for an exceptional and experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy department, which offers a variety of general and specialised outpatient consultations. Minor procedures include Laser Treatment for Varicose Veins, Hysteroscopy/Colposcopy, Urodynamics, and Dermatological minor surgery.

This role offers flexible working patterns to cover the department's needs, which is open from 08:00 to 21:00. It combines empathetic patient care with high levels of clinical expertise, reassuring and encouraging patients while participating in procedures and recovery.

Key responsibilities:
• Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff, providing education, training, and mentorship
• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as part of a collaborative team
