A leading NHS Trust in the UK is looking for registered Nurses to join their multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care, handle various clinical responsibilities, and ensure optimal care for unwell patients. Opportunities for specialisation and career progression are available. This position requires strong communication skills and clinical knowledge. Join a dedicated workforce focused on improving patient care across Merseyside.
As a registered Nurse you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing direct patient care. No two days are the same. Depending on the type of nursing you choose to specialise in, you could spend your time helping support people with learning disabilities, providing end of life care or saving lives on the AMU. As your career progresses, you could specialise in an area of nursing or take part in further postgraduate studies to become a more senior nurse, such as a ward manager, sister or matron.
Following successful completion of preceptorship, if newly qualified, or following SPN period if you have previous Band 5 experience, you will be required to take charge of an area for a span of duty. As band 5 RN on AMU you will be responsible and accountable for assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
The post holder will always work within the NMC Code of professional conduct.
