About The Role (Speech and Language Therapist):
Are you energetic, creative, and eager to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment? Join Beaumont College in Lancaster, supporting young people aged 16–25 with complex needs and autism. We offer individualised educational programs, working closely with various therapy teams to support communication development using approaches like Intensive Interaction, AAC, and Makaton.
We welcome applications from therapists seeking to develop their skills, with opportunities in communication, dysphagia (training provided), and supporting people with complex physical, learning, and sensory needs.
The role can be full-time or term-time only, with competitive salary ranges depending on experience. Part-time considered. Based in Lancaster or Carlisle, with access to local amenities and natural beauty.
