Context and environment

Psychiatrists are essential contributors to the majority of our mental health teams. Our medical staffing shortage places strain on services and workforce wellbeing. The Medical Directorate and Medical Development Team are working to improve medical workforce recruitment and retention, with the TEWV Charter for the Medical Workforce as a cornerstone of these efforts.
