A leading NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic doctors to facilitate an expanded Anaesthetic service. The role includes working flexible hours in both elective and emergency anaesthesia, allowing for career progression towards becoming a Specialist Doctor. The role will facilitate delivery of an expanded Anaesthetic service. There will be a requirement for in and out-of-hours work in Anaesthetics and/or Critical Care, opportunity for sessions in elective and emergency anaesthesia. The role provides potential for flexibility within the role and the option for solo and supported/CPD anaesthetic lists. This role is to enable an individual to gain competencies and support application for CESR if desired, or with potential future career progression to Specialist Doctor. The overriding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.
