Job summary

A leading specialist services provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Specialist Occupational Therapist in Hartlebury. The successful candidate will provide quality assessments and interventions for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning disabilities. Prior experience with ASD clients and qualifications in sensory integration are preferred. This role offers clinical supervision and professional development opportunities. Main duties of the job

You will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care and education staff. You will have opportunities to be part of the provision development and contribute to the improvement of the Occupational Therapy service. Working autonomously, you will provide quality assessments, reports and needs‑led interventions for young people and work with the school staff to embed sensory strategies across the environment. Previous experience in working with ASD and learning disabilities with children & young people is required and formal qualifications in sensory integration are welcomed. Experience in providing supervision, staff consultation and training is required.

Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and RCOT.
